Yes, the studio can be rented for various events, including:

- Corporate Events: Hold meetings, team-building activities, or networking events.

- Parties and Celebrations: Birthdays, anniversaries, or small gatherings can be celebrated in a stylish environment.

- Film or Video Shoots: Perfect for shooting promotional videos, short films, or music videos in a controlled setting.

A minimum rental period of two (2) hours is required. Overtime fees will apply if you exceed your booked time.

The studio is available from 11 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week. The last booking for a minimum 2-hour session is at 5 PM, and all renters must vacate the premises by 7 PM.

Asher Rain Studio is located inside Memory Den | Vintage Mall on the second floor, with the entry door next to the library.

Your booking includes access to 3 fully decorated vintage sets, each with its own charm and aesthetic for maximum variety. It also includes constant lighting with no additional add-on required. There is complimentary water and sodas inside the fridge.

The main space which includes the sets “Groovy Oasis” and “Emerald Retreat” features four large windows that allow for an abundance of natural light. The third set “Electric Dreamscape” will require constant lighting, provided in your booking, to ensure the best lighting conditions.

A free, designated parking lot is conveniently situated right in front of the entrance of Memory Den for easy access for all visitors.

Children under 18 must be supervised at all times, and pets are not permitted unless they are certified service animals.

Yes, a minimum cleaning fee of $50 is required for excessively dirty studios or groups larger than 6 people.
A $100 cleaning fee is required for parties and events.

Cancellations can be made up to one week before the scheduled time for a full refund. A 50% refund is available for cancellations less than a week in advance, and no refunds are given for less than 24 hours' notice. Reschedules are permitted up to 48 hours before the booking.

Yes, there is a bathroom inside the studio with three stalls. However, the only operational toilet is in the first stall. Please note that the middle and last stalls are not available for use.

No, smoking is prohibited, and Asher Rain Studio is a drug and alcohol-free facility.

By entering the studio, you consent to be filmed and photographed, with materials potentially used for promotional purposes. You waive rights to any claims for payment regarding these recordings.

Yes, all photographic subjects under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, and you are responsible for verifying their age.

Full payment in US funds is required upon reservation. The studio reserves the right to refuse reservations at its discretion.

What is the Hair & Makeup add-on? The Hair & Makeup add-on is your chance to arrive looking fabulous for your photoshoot! Our talented Hair and Makeup Artist (HMUA), Natalie, who specializes in retro fashion, will be on-site to glam you up for 90 minutes before your session with Asher. Whether you’re going for a classic vintage look or something more modern with a retro twist, Natalie will make sure you’re camera-ready and feeling confident.
